A male female preferably from ages of 30 to 50 to rent 2 rooms in my house in Kalamazoo....you have all access to kitchen has 1 bathroom drive way access and living room access. Must leave a 300 deposit and rent is 300 a month. Clean nice respectable neighbors & area. I am 420 friendly. Will need to be interviewed thru myself and via video chat with another person for final results...rooms will be ready to rent by September 1 2019..altho I do prefer an age limit if your a suitable serious responsible not parting all the time college student will consider renting it to you. All utilities included. No cable or internet. You must be a clean individual and will have chores to be shared. So know that you will be sharing a house with one more roommate and myself. Will need to verify income. I am a house of love & peace and with god in my daily life i pray that you are also a well spirited individual who likes to have company (me lol) around and whom dont mind cats for I have 2 cats of my own. And sorry there is a no pet policy no exceptions Hope to be meeting you soon
