Associate Tenant Acquisition - GurgaonJob Description Generate tenant leads for portal listings via Facebook property listing websites and other marketing avenues. Coordinating with tenants for visiting the properties and ensuring deal closure and revenue collections. Showing PGs to all tenants to ensure deal closure. Minimum Eligibility BTech BCom BA MBA Degree Zero to one (1) Year work experience Prior experience with retail customer acquisition lead generation cold-calling will be preferred Prior experience in real-estate management companies such as Oyo Treebo NestAway Zolo any PG Hostel co-live accommodation provider shall be preferred. Fluency in Hindi needed. Should be able to read in English and also speak atleast some English. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) Well aware about Gurgaon region geographically The role requires you to be on the field for 80% of the time and rest at office Bike license and laptop are mandatory for the role.
