We are looking to sell our modular by end of year or if we receive the right offer sell sooner.It is a 24x60 (1440 sq ft) 1981 Fleetwood built Destiny Modular. Fleetwood by the way built an excellent structure.It sits on a frame which accommodates easy transport.It has been an excellent home for us. We have had very few problems over the years. Mostly changing frozen pipes. It needs a few repairs such as soft spots in the floor and some light siding repairs. We are selling our property and relocating therefore the need to have it sold and it must moved soon.As soon as we have a serious definite buyer we will remove the porch The price we are asking is 15 000.00 or the very best & reasonable offer.
