Pasta Polo is looking for F T cooks Position CookTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWage 14- 18 hour (depending on Experience)Working hours 30-40 hours weekBenefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Manage kitchen operations Prepares an extensive variety of food items utilizing standardized recipes Maintain accurate food inventories Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift May plan menus determine size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies May hire and train kitchen staff Experience requirements 2 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required. Educational Requirements Completion of secondary school is required.
