The Garden Condos is a 48 unit condo complex located in the downtown El Batey section of Sosua. Just outside of our gates are four wonderful beaches restaurants bars supermarkets casinos and a vibrant night life.The complex is located in the center of a city block and this makes The Garden Condos very private quiet and secure. We pride ourselves on the well maintained grounds and the amount of open space available. We also have one of the biggest pools in the city for a private complex. We have around the clock security and a full staff. Staying at The Garden Condos one doesn t need a car but if you do we have plenty off street parking.
