Hello. My name is Cornelis and I have a nice quiet room in a 3 bedroom house for only 600 utilities included. This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and you will love it here. This is a temporary stay for 3months just to see if it works. If everything works out fine the contract might be extended. You must pay your rent on the 1st. No exceptions and no excuses. If you re not a clean person and don t clean up after yourself much please don t respond to this ad. I m a very clean person and the last few people that were evicted from the home was due to cleanness. I m looking for someone with positive energy clean responsible have a job and limited visitors. You can have visitors just not a constant flow of people. You will have access to the restroom. You must keep it clean for any guests that may visit. This won t be often but you must be OK with this.The place has WiFi washer and dryer in the house.The location will be ready on Sept 1st.
