Small kitty needing to be rehomed

I am rehoming my cat because im struggling to pay for my dogs food and provide for my cat the time he needs. He is an orange cat who was the runt of the litter so he is very small. He likes to play mainly by chasing stuff around and he is very friendly. He is still a kitten only 3 months old and he is litter box trained. I have a decently sized litter box and litter mat plus a food tray for him which you can gladly take. I just want him to have the attention he deserves because I can not give that with my two small dogs. I haven t taken him in to the vet so he might need some shots.
