I provide all the services required to obtain a building permit to convert the garage into a rentable unit resolve code enforcement issues or create a simple floor plan to use for an MLS listing or plan for future expansion. The plans I provide are extremely accurate highly detailed and show the existing layout of the residence and marketable features such as kitchen cooking area(s) storage spaces dining area(s) fireplace(s) and dimensions of all rooms. Along with highly detailed plan(s) I provide a square footage count of all rooms and the overall S.F. numbers on the plans. I offer my services for a flat rate fee depending on S.F. (see fee schedule below) and typically turn the data plans over to the client within a few days (in some cases same day). I field visit the location with my assistant and take accurate and detailed measurements and photographs using professional grade tools & technology and even generate the plans all on site. The result is a highly accurate field survey of your complete structure or basic floor plan. A basic floor plan can be used for marketing furniture layout or planning future renovations. The basic floor plan is very affordable and discounts could apply for multiple addresses. I provide PDF and CAD (.pdf & .dwg) files with every address.
