The purpose of this position description is to summarize the responsibilities and duties associated with the position of Community Assistant Manager. The Ross Management Group (RMG) emphasizes a team approach and fully expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives. REPORTS TO Property On-site Manager REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Must have Tax Credit or Section 8 experience RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Responsible for the timely physical completion of all duties work and documentation necessary to assist the Community Manager in the areas of Resident relations and retention Property accounting Marketing Policy procedure and program compliance including RMG policies and procedures Emergency policies and procedures Policies and procedures from the following outside agencies HUD CHFA and or Housing Authority OSHA DOT EPA Fire Department Health Department or other health and safety entities Federal State and or Local government and law entities Daily property operations Property appearance and function Complete other duties necessary to property functions PLEASE EMAIL RESUMES TO bobbi.wilson(at)ross-management.com
