Looking for a 3bed 2 bath home for rent

I am a 42 year old single mom with a 9 yr old daughter. I currently live in Virginia and want to relocate to Charlotte by 11 1 to be near family. I have a good job (work from home) that allows me to live anywhere in the U.S. Unfortunately my credit took a hit last year but I am a good tenant with over 8 yrs on my job. If given the chance I will be the best tenant. I have applied to companies and cannot continue to pay 150 in fees just to be denied without explanation. Looking for a single home 3br 2 bath in the Charlotte area with a good school district.
