Commercial Construction Superintendent

Commercial Construction Superintendent needed immediately. Must have 5 years related work experience and prefer if you are local to the area. Must have strong work ethic. This position is not an office position you will be in the field at the job site. Must be motivated a self-starter and ability to follow instructions. Ability to read plans is required. Must be reliable hardworking honest and have a take charge attitude. Must have current valid driver s license. Possibility of managing other employees. Salary based upon experience and will be negotiable. Home office is located in Culpeper Va. Projects could be located in Culpeper Fredericksburg Spotsylvania Louisa or surrounding areas. Person needed in Round Hill location.
