The inside is in great condition.Starts and runs fine and gas milage is what you d expect from a regular van (12mi city 14 highway). Both AC s run cold air. Two beds in the back turns into one bed and door can open up to warm days. Brakes need a tune-up. Running water and shower inside and outside shower for washing off at the beach. Water pipes recently inspected.Propane tank included for shower and heat. Fridge runs off front and back batteries. Comes with pumped spare tire. A deep cell battery is required for the generator. I lived and worked out of this and camped in it for years and it is very reliable. Some of the door latches of the van need repair but it s not really a problem because they still open from the cords--a common problem of Ford vans. Selling it because I am moving.
