Roommate Wanted ASAP

I am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in July 2020 but can be renewed. I (22 female) currently have an awesome female roommate close to my age who is quiet respectful and responsible with whom I split rent utilities and WiFi. She is not moving out - I m looking for someone to take my spot. Rent is 435 per month when split between two people.The apartment itself is on the second floor and has two bedrooms 1 bathroom a kitchen with a dishwasher a living room a small dining space and a small storage room. Unfurnished. The kitchen and bathroom were rennovated recently. There is a laundry facility on-site and the apartment complex is within walking distance of the SUNY Brockport campus with plenty of parking spaces available.I m sad to go because it s a nice apartment at an affordable rent but my commute to work come the new year is too long if I stay in Brockport.Let me know if you re interested Photos were taken right before I moved in.
