The apartment comes with a large living room with two ceiling fans kitchenette with mid-size refrigerator and microwave full bathroom (shower no bath tub) bedroom with small window ceiling fan and closet. There is ample storage under the steps and in the utility room. The washer and dryer are located in the utility room in the basement. There s a private entrance to the basement with sufficient lighting at night. Nice covered patio with large back yard. Back yard is shared with owner s two friendly dogs. Street parking in front of the house is available. I rent the basement apartment for 1 000.00 a month. I am renting it for 400.00 a month in exchange for cleaning the whole house once a week feeding the dogs and dog sitting when I am out of town. The 400.00 includes utilities electric water gas Verizon Wireless internet Directv (two receivers in basement) trash removal and pest control. The security deposit is 800.00. No pets drugs parties or smoking in the house but smoking is allowed outside.
