Hacked for 6 months possibly kidnapped gf

Hacked by 2 hackers I know their names kidnapped gf and countless others. They are afraid of me as well they should be...I need a location or at least fight back somehow. They are rapists and cowards and I will pay any amount. IDK if this will help...prolly blocked before I send it...My FB and any phone or PC I message from is instantly tracked and my messages don t go out. Even the library and swapping PC every few mins does no good. I know both of their names and what they look like we have met. They will not face me like a man. Help...
