Young married couple with pets looking to rent

My husband and I are a young Christian couple. We are looking to rent a house in or near Lynchburg. We need at least 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. We have a young medium size dog and 2 kittens. Our budget is low around 600 month. We prefer to live out of town something with yard space. We can live in a community as long as there is yard space for a dog. We will be commuting to LU. We are willing to do a year lease. We are also open to something other than a year lease as we re also considering buying. We are planning to move from WV by early January 2020. We are also interested in an option to work on the property in exchange for rent.
