I m seeking a studio guest house...either very low rent with chores on premises...or barter for free rent in exchanged for things like house sitting pet watching collecting mail package delivery running errands ( bank market drug store etc.) meeting repair people workers and watching premises at all time well owner may be out of town regularly. ( no Full meal cooking bathing feeding and I have no nursing experience) I currently live in La Habra with my son due to loss in my family and would like to move out the first of the year Jan 2020. I m 65yrs no major health issues still pretty active and worked as an office manager for 16yrs and a Buyer Manager on my last job till June 2018. I have three grown children that are now on their own all here in California...I admittedly did not plan well for retirement and am currently on disability till the end of the year seeing a therapist after losing my only 3 immediate family members in 4yrs recently at which time I will have no income and will be forced to live off whatever savings I have till I file for my Social Security on my 66th birthday next April 2020. I have been put on three waiting lists at nice retirement homes in old uptown Whittier since June 2019 however there is a 2 1 2 yr waiting list to get placed in an apt. I ve been with my son 2 yrs now and he recently got married and I feel I need to move on. I m a very organized lady having been an office manager one of my children has served in the US Air Force and I have no problem with anyone running a background check. As for right now I m seeking somewhere to live till I get called from one of the waiting lists (approx 2 yrs) I m on and move in there...or if something else should work out I m opened to that also. note I do have 1 indoor cat well trained does not claw or climb on furniture or destroy thing she has been well trained and does to shed very little. do not speak spanishdo NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers
