Management does not accept renters with eviction or criminal history. Monthly bill for Spectrum Internet and WiFi is 20. Your share will be 10. I don t have cable or antennae TV. Average monthly bill for TECO ranges from 45 (winter) to 65 (summer). Your share will be half. There is no gas. Everything is electric including stove oven. Management pays for water and trash pick-up. On-site laundry and off-street parking available. Close to shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes from Tampa Zoo and 15 minutes from Busch Gardens.
