As a key member of our property maintenance team you will be responsible for the following Maintains all public and common areas of the property in a clean neat attractive condition-specific duties include removing all trash and litter sweeping sidewalks and pathways basic gardening and weeding wiping down and cleaning windows and common furniture. Demonstrates the ability to solve problems in a variety of practical situations and follow standardized procedures. Maintain superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively interact with residents clients team members and other business contacts and respond courteously to questions and requests. Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently. Other tasks or duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.Qualifications Candidates who apply should have High school diploma or equivalent Prefer at least one year of basic maintenance and or general labor experience Strong customer service orientationContact for more information
