It is a meticulously restored and elegantly furnished Victorian with 5 bedrooms and 3 1 2 baths. In addition there is a carriage house that rents separately and a two-car garage for off-street parking. The main house has a large relaxing front porch with a comfortable furniture grouping The first floor contains a welcoming central foyer with grand chandelier a living room with baby grand piano and 60 flat screen TV a full-size dining room that seats 10 with another gorgeous chandelier and fireplace a full library with a Murphy bed that allows this room to be turned into another bedroom on the main level for those who need easy access a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side double refrigerator with ice and water in the door a professional 4-burner gas stove a heavy duty dishwasher and a Keurig coffeemaker with supplies provided for your use during your stay a 1 2 bath powder room with exposed brick wall and a mudroom for shoes boots coats when entering the home as well as extra storage. Double glass doors open to a private porch and large back yard that is completely fence for privacy and professionally landscaped around a 3-tier marble fountain. There are 8 original coal fireplaces throughout the home all restored .Upstairs there is a central hall with a striking chandelier three large bedrooms two with king beds and one with a queen bed a sitting room with a double-size sleep sofa and three full baths. The sitting room is attached to the master and has no doors so it is not totally private however a small hallway separates it from the master bedroom and bath. It is comfortable for one adult or two children though 2 adults can use it. The master bath is marble throughout with double sinks a glass stand alone shower and jetted tub. There are 50 flat screen TVs in every bedroom. WiFi is provided as are premium TV channels. The house can accommodate 9-10 based on double occupancy.
