Kitchen and bathroom are fully ready for guests. All amenities included. Wifi is also included. T.V. has full cable all premium channels included. House is very peaceful and quiet inside. House is accessible through driveway behind gate. Privacy and peace in brand new house Guest access House is fully detached. Hot tub and backyard are unfortunately not available as main house is occupied. Plenty of parking in available on street as well. Interaction with guests Before and during your stay I will be accessible by email cell and text to answer questions and provide recommendations to ensure a smooth stay. During your stay - if the timing works out - I may welcome our guests. Which is walking distance to Golden Gardens and cute restaurants coffee shops. Golden Gardens is on the puget sound and offers beaches for fires and a playground Downtown Ballard is located approx 1.5 miles. Which offers shopping restaurants and nightlife. Downtown Seattle is 6 miles away or a short bus ride which is located at the end of our street. I will have brochures available to show you all that Seattle has to offer. Getting around Uber and Left are very popular in the area. As well as a Metro bus line at the end of the street
