1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport seeks new owner

1999 Jeep Cherokee sport for sale. This baby has an amazing paint job for its age and good mileage. White paint is great for heat. Radio works great. Squeaky clean title. This SUV is on the smaller side making it easy to park. The back seat folds down for moving furniture. I got it at 151k and took it up to 183k. If you know this make and model you ll know it has anywhere between 20 000 to 100 000 miles left in it. Some of these Jeeps have been known to make it to 300K I gave it regular oil changes and a lot of the mileage is highway. This Jeep is dependable. I ve owned it for two years and it rarely breaks down. Much of the maintenance has been preventative or regular. When you turn on the air conditioner or heat air blows but pieces of vinyl fly out. I had to replace the crankshaft and since then it s had a bad death wobble (have to slow down to correct) on the highway. If you hate highway driving this is the car for you. It s great for driving in town. The passenger seat window on the right doesn t open. No spare tire. I m selling it because I moved to the city.It s a real beater. Treated well and it will treat you well. This Jeep used to be a forest ranger car for a local municipality which is why it s in much better condition than most Jeeps of similar age. There are oil change records dating back to 2001 in the glove compartment. Even though it s a 1999 model I was only the second owner (purchased in 2017).I m not offering this car for parts because I don t have the time or ability to part it out. You need to buy the whole car if you want it for parts. This model s engine is known as one of the most durable toughest engines Jeep ever made. The transmission is also fully functional. At this price you can get the whole car for LESS than the price of just one refurbished Jeep engine - and you ll be getting the transmission too.It s a beautiful old car which will get you from place to place.
