SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is currently seeking a Director of Manufacturing for its client in South Bend IN. This person will be responsible for overseeing the client s Central U.S. manufacturing facilities in Indiana Kentucky Michigan and Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring and leading a culture of high performance continuous improvement standard processes and use of metrics for accountability and sustainable performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Create and manage processes and teams for high levels of top-line and bottom-line performance achievement and sustainable growth. Ensure adoption of consistent processes use of business metrics and KPIs to measure key performance levers and the adoption and utilization of data-driven analyses. Measure and manage revenues costs quality and timeliness of all operations to ensure achievement of budgets forecasts safety and customer requirements. Prepare cost benefit evaluations develop business cases and recommend product process technology improvements to enable future growth. Build recruit train and lead teams for superior and sustainable World-Class performance. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Science degree required Engineering degree with a manufacturing concentration preferred. 5 years of manufacturing leadership Lean Manufacturing experience required. Multi-location management responsibility with at least 550 Million in annual revenues. Six Sigma data metrics continuous improvement experience preferred.
