The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our consistent customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.Current nights we are looking to fill (shift either runs from 4p-11p or 5p-1a)Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday ResponsibilitiesSet up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Able to follow instructions & learn our menu in a timely manner. Cleaning of station and entire kitchen at the end the shift rush (Mopping Sweeping Sanitizing) Breaking down station at the end of the shift and storing leftover food properly. Stock line inventory appropriately for the next day of business. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion (10-15min ticket times) Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Willing to help cover open shifts or extend hours of work due to high volume business. SkillsProven cooking experience including experience as a line chef restaurant cook or prep cook Excellent understanding of various cooking methods ingredients equipment and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Familiar with industry s best practices Culinary school diploma (a plus but not required)
