Lose Weight with Coffee and Cocoa and still enjoy your favorite

The holidays are behind us. All I got for Christmas was a whole lot of extra pounds. I have to say I enjoyed the holidays and indulged in some of my favorite foods and wines. But now it is time to get back to reality. Spring will be here soon and that means Spring Break and swimsuits. A friend shared her secret for losing weight. She drinks this delicious tasting coffee and hot cocoa one to two cups a day or more if she wants it. I ordered it and have used it for a few weeks and I have noticed a boost in my energy level and also I have lost weight. It is a lot less expensive than Starbucks which I am addicted to and I really enjoy the taste. What do you have to lose but some weight. I almost forgot the best thing is that you can still have the foods you love but drinking the coffee cocoa (l-2 cups per day) seems to diminish your cravings. I still eat the foods I love like cheesecake but now I don t eat the whole thing a few bites and I am satisfied. No guilt and no feelings of depriving myself of my favorite foods. I still drink my wine at night and I am still losing weight.
