This is a Contract PositionThis role develops and maintains the MMC Operating Company s employee domain application and system accounts as well as data access while adhering to Information Security best practices and defined audit requirements. This position also interacts directly with employees contractors from all regions and Operating Companies and may interact with other Information Technology groups to influence process support and participate in project work ResponsibilitiesTakes timely action to ensure assigned issues are resolved. Performs access account support for internal applications systems network shares UNIX servers and email access. Follows up on questions problems or suggestions and responds to employee inquiries with appropriate level of urgency. Provides ad-hoc advice and support for non-service catalog items general queries as directed. Takes part in Service Improvement Programs (SIP s) as required. Requirements3 years practical hands on experience within Information Technology specifically within Access management is essential Strong Active Directory Skills Strong NTFS Skills required Experience of remote access platforms. infrastructure and mobile support.
