look to rent room

Looking to rent a room in Salinas Monterrey area I work for Santa Clara county but i am currently commuting from Stockton Ca. I m looking for something a little closer to my job. I am very quiet and to myself Looking to live in an environment that is LGBTQ friendly as well. I can afford rent as high as 900 but i am looking to pay about 700-800 in rent monthly. Ideally looking for something long term rather than short term. I will be able to provide references pay stubs and anything else that can prove my responsibility. I would like to find something as soon as possible but i am looking to move into somewhere by mid February. I work Thursday-Monday so my off day s would be Tuesday Wednesday. On my free time i enjoy working out taking hikes traveling and spending time with my family. I am 24 years old with a master in Social work i can afford to live on my own but budget wise i find renting rooms with people i can get a long with better. I do not smoke or drink I do look for roommates who are okay with overnight guest. I do babysit my god children and nieces very often so that would definitely need to be accommodated.please text me rather than call.
