Condo is on 3rd floor but has functioning elevators. Building fully secure with lots of available parking spots.Community amenities include a clubhouse with many activities clubs golf course indoor outdoor pool jacuzzi gym green spaces biking walking paths and much more. Close to 9 Mile RTD Station. Asking 800 per month and a 1600 deposit. Must be able to pass a background check and fill out an application.
