Clean and ready to go. Ideal for lake cabin hunt camp or permanent residence at a campground.Rv does have an issue but can still be driven. There is a crack in the block below freeze plugs that can be repaired. Have to watch temp gauge and fill will water every so often.As is. 10k firm. Nada value still over 20k.
