Rogers 6 1 2x14 powertone model chrome on metal snare. Gretsch original traps include bass pedal snare stand floor stand and adjustable cymbal stand on bass. Camco heavy duty hi-hat stand. Cymbals include One Zildjian 18 (K) medium ride made in Turkey One pair of Avedis Zildjian 15 medium weight for the hi-hats One 15 thin crash from Italy all purchased during the same period . Covers included 14x22 16x16 8x12 cymbals and fiber case for snare and traps.Total drum kit of 18pcs....drums traps cymbals covers and case NOTE Gretsch Mfg. in Ridgeland S.C. in a converstaion with the director of the company Mr.Paul Cooper back in September of 2019 with the owner covered issues over the slight shade of the covering between the 14x22 and 8x12 to the 16x16..details related to the difference was that the Gretsch kit was three pieces...14x22 8x12 5x14 the 16x16 was added on in1959 this is natural in the ageing process for the shade difference. The Gretsch snare was changed for the larger and more finer tone to a Rogers also in 1959. Mr. Cooper also mentioned that the 14x22 bass is a unique 9-lug single tension design at the time Gretsch considered it to be simple to tension both heads at one time and would eliminate uneven tension. He agrees that collectors sought out this very rare bass drum design..
