District Health & Family Welfare Samiti Diamond Harbour Health DistrictDistrict Health & Family Welfare Samiti (RNTCP) Diamond Harbour health District is inviting EOI in a prescribed format from registered Non- government organizations (NGOs) for implementing different NGO scheme as mentioned in the National Guideline for Partnership- 2014 under RNTCP.Eligibility Criteria for the NGOs NGO should be registered under the societies registration act Indian trust act and charitable act companies act or the state counterparts of such acts for more than three years. The Ngo should preferably have office premises in the district of operation. A NGO blacklisted or placed under funding restriction by any Ministry or Department of the Government of India State Government or CAPART would not be eligible for applying under the scheme. NGO applying for projects under the NGO scheme should give an affidavit to this effect certifying that they have not been blacklisted by any Ministry or Department of the Govt. of India or a state Government. Experience At least three (3) years of experience in District level Project in Health Sector Project (Preferably in RNTCP) or in the concerned Social Sector (e.g. Community Mobilization Health Services Micro planning IEC etc.)Financial Annual turnover of at least Rs. 10 lakhs for District level Project. The NGO should be financially stable NGOs should have appropriate infrastructure strong community outreach networks stable governance structure transparent financial system and flexible administrative norms.
