Is bedtime a nightmare and the kids are wide awake when you can barely keep your eyes open Getting kids to bed when they share a room can be especially tricky. I specialise in setting a bedtime routine for smaller children including enabling the parents to carry on when it s time for me to leave. It usually takes 4 nights to turn things around and we start with a talk about the type of routine that suits your family and that you will be able to continue with. I have three grown children and have learnt a thing or two over the years which I d be glad to pass onto you. If your children are older and things have settled into an unworkable routine around dinner screen time and chores I can help hit the reset button.I will travel to the inner west lower north shore eastern suburbs and a little further if its on the train line.
