Very nice 5th wheel RV only selling because I have to I m only the second owner it was an indoor storage many years do you have to have a fifth wheel pickup truck to move this move Clean & Clear title I m a single lady and only one person has been living in it and have to move out of state to take care of a relative it s a 1993 Excel limited edition custom interior decorated inside has a top ceiling air High ceilings the microwave is above the stove and you have to be at least 6 foot so and I m only 4 foot 10 all it s been upgraded with all new LED lights air conditioner that gets ice cold I have it hooked up at a park so you could see that everything works and I am currently living in it but if I sell it to you then I will pack all my belongings and move out everything comes with the trailer and if you buy it you would have to move it off the space with your fifth wheel pickup truck or you re welcome to live here and apply and put in an application the rent here is 525 a month plus utilities but I only own the RV not the land so if you were to buy it and I give you the title you will just move your RV off the space here and go unless you wanted to live here at this park you move it off the space but at least it s hooked up so you can see that everything works the only thing I remove is my clothing and what s inside the cabinets when you come see it everything comes with the trailer that you see the futons sofas the bed the refrigerator cabinets are so built-in everything comes I only remove the intake of what s inside the cabinets and that s it and you take it away with your pickup truck I have the pink slip make me an offer I have to give a 30 day notice but you could pick it up I can move out 15 days after the 30-day notice has central heat has black glass matching appliances refrigerator oven propane gas oven and stove combination microwave really nice inside 7 Windows all around new windows back window panoramic view they re not making them like this anymore and they re not making them with a back window like this anymore it s really a nice fifth wheel 26 ft long only can send more pictures if you send your phone number 10000 or best offer
