Position ButcherTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWage 18.00- 22.00 hour (depending on Experience)Working Hours 30-44 hours weekBenefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Prepare and cut standard cuts of meats poultry for sale at customers orders Grind and slice meats using powered grinders and slicing machines Prepare displays of meat poultry Shape lace tie and wrap meats and roasts Manage inventory and stocks keep sales records and product lines and freshness of products Maintain food storage conditions Supervise other butchers meat cutters Job requirements 2 - 3 years of meat cutting experience is required Educational Requirements Completion of secondary school is required.
