Work LocationTrans 1539 Southampton Rd Amherst NS B4H 3Y4 Number of Vacancies 2 Job Status Full-time Permanent Wage Offered 15 Hr Hours 40hrs week Starts Date As soon as possible Job Responsibilities Duties Sweep. mop wash. wax and polish floors Oust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs. draperies and upholstered furniture Make beds change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries Pick up debris and empty trash containers Clean and disinfect public areas such as public kitchen bar. lobby. hallway etc. Clean the guest rooms and maintain guest service standards Maintain and keep housekeeping carts fully stocked and clean Attend to guests requests for extra supplies Job Requirements Willingness to maintain confidentiality Excellent customer service skills. Able to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral forms. Be friendly customer centric smile and able to work in a team environment. Language Fluent in English. Education Completion of secondary school is usually required. Experience Hospitality experience is an asset but not a requirement.
