CNC Machinist Supervisor - Setup Program Editing G& M Coding CNC Vertical Machining Centers - Solon OH - JOB 20-00186Pay Range 18.00 - 26.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits. A Cleveland area manufacturer is seeking to hire a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist Supervisor to oversee a small staff of machinists and grinders. Candidates must have previous experience with set up program editing G& M Coding and operation of CNC Vertical Machining Centers specifically Okuma Howa. This is a working supervisor position. This machine shop is based on quality and not quantity. This company is only seeking candidates interested in a long-term position. 2nd Shift (Mid-Shift) 8 00 PM 6 00 AM 4 Days a week and possible over time on the 5th day if necessary.REQUIREMENTSHighschool Graduate or Equivalent OR Trade School desired. Must have experience supervising personnel. Must be able to perform set up program editing and operation of cnc machining centers. Supervise a small group of machinists and grinders. Understand CNC wheel dressing procedures. Working knowledge of Fanuc controls. G& M Coding programming experience is required. Able to read blueprints and measure with standard gauges. Able to drive a forklift and operate an overhead crane in a safe manner. Must have experience with CNC Vertical Machining Centers specifically Okuma Howa. Knowledge of Chevalier CNC Surface Grinders Plusses CAD or CAM experience Welding & Milling.
