Creating a detailed business analysis outlining the problems generalizing the requirements to meet market needs. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements Write review test-cases perform functional testing and project execution. Identifying creative solutions to meet system business requirements without the development of custom code. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Required skillsExperience in a software professional services organization with Business Analysis responsibility. Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with ability to maintain open communication with all levels of the organization. Comfortable leading discussions. Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation Experience in working with clients and colleagues in other countries like US UK. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients co-workers & vendors. Experience in end user training.
