You will also have a generous 12 hours to access your storage unit with our gate access hours which are from 7AM to 7PM every day of the week including holidays Should you ever have questions or concerns regarding your unit our office is open from 9AM to 5PM every day of the week. We will also provide you with a lock & key for your unit free of charge We take pride in the quality service that we provide as well as the cleanliness and security of our property. The lock and key are free upon renting the unit however there is a replacement fee of 50 should either become lost. Since the facility is regularly inspected by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) it is mandatory that tenants use the lock and key which they are provided with. The lock and the key must both be returned to the office upon vacating the unit.
