Looking for a place to live that doesn t require me to give out references as I don t know many people but I do have many hobbies I love to do such as hiking drawing and playing guitar to catching bugs My main type of work is growing legumes to selling them or other live plants to the public. A short to medium drive way is decent enough for sales to take place as I ll be having people pickup buy my plants I will not be interested if it s a long drive way as I can t waste time for my clients when they do come by to my business. Please let me by comment if anything is available mind that I m looking for a free rent situation where I can work for rent or exchange work to pay off rent that might otherwise be due normally. I m quiet and reserved I never make noise unless it were to be a emergency then yes i would warn others if so but I don t just get loud for no reason. I do own 1 small dog under 12 pounds (he s like 10 but I don t weigh him much) he s a shy dog but loves to explore anywhere I take him he s house trained knows to let me know if he needs out only barks if there s a knock on the door but would never bite and has never bitten anyone before not even me. I m young and in my early 20s except I d really be happy with my own place away from my parents place where I m living at the moment. If I had one room mate male or female with me that s ok but our personality must be equal and not clash no smoking or drinking or staying up at night... I m a early bird not a night owl. Also can t steal or be greedy roommate must work and be self sufficient or self employed as I d like someone to chat with and have some protection incase things come up not looking for anyone to sleep with but if there s only one bed I can make due with space No worries I don t snore rare when it happens but I do toss and turn from hot weather. Hope this post makes it to the right person If you like to garden game play soon the bottle or chat about ridiculously nonsense then we can live together but can t have anyone under 18 unless you have permission from folks to live with me as I m mainly looking for anyone nearest to my age but I am ok with younger. Must bring own belongings own food own clothes until both of us can buy what we need. No parties at night only day no cussing unless it s in private not public.
