She is in very good shape for her years and I have treated her well There are no tears on the furniture and the carpet is in very good shape. I had to replace the front carpet because it remains exposed to the sun when it is covered and UV had caused quite a bit of deterioration. The tops of the furniture have some marking from mold but I managed to clean them as best I can and removed all the mold. Please look at a close up picture to see what I am talking about.
