The PeopleReady Branch 7123 located at 7210 Ulmerton Rd Ste G Largo FL 33771 is currently hiring a Awning InstallerResponsibilities include Job DescriptionAwning Installer Responsibilities Attaches rigid or roll-up canvas metal awnings onto buildings using hand tools and power tools. Measures installation site for frame. Drills holes into brick stone or wood. Screws or nails frame fittings into place. Mounts awning frame to fittings fastens into position with hand tools. Attaches crank roller to frame building as required. Rolls or lifts awning and makes adjustments to canvas metal ropes and frame to correct operating defects. May measure buildings to develop specifications for fabrication of awnings. May install awning hoods. May fabricate awning frame. May assemble awning to frame. May repair canvas coverings. May work at extreme heights. May work in extreme heat or cold. May require some heavy lifting. Works on tall ladders and or lifts. Follows OSHA safety regulations.
