I am a personal trainer offering 2 free 60 minute sessions to anyone that wants to give it a try. I specialize in mobility injury prevention weight loss nutrition sport-specific training and conditioning. However I can help virtually everyone (if you are trying to look like Hulk Hogan I am not the trainer for you).Coronavirus has made going to the gym difficult which is why I decided to start my own training company. I have sanitizing wipes masks etc. and take the health of my clients very seriously.I have managed and trained at big box gyms. I realized that most people do not know how to exercise properly but the cost of training was incredibly high ( 50- 80 60 Minute Session) and you had to sign up for a few months or 10 sessions. That is why less than 5% of gym members actually had a personal trainer. Who can afford those prices My main mission is to make as many people healthy as possible and to make training affordable to everyone. I charge anywhere from 25- 35 60 Minute session (depending on location cost of gas etc.) and you can pay however you wish. No contracts. No fine print. Affordable fair and results driven.We can meet at your residence or a public space. 5AM-7PM Availability as of now. I live in Raleigh but service anywhere within a 30-40 minute radius of Raleigh. I have my own equipment but I have found most of my clients do not need anything fancy.All of my clients get my personal number to text or call anytime. I am more than just your trainer for a few hours per week.
