Myers FL 33905 is currently hiring a Production Associate.Due to tremendous growth throughout the company we are seeking driven and detail-oriented professionals to join our team. SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS Responsible for feeding and bagging garments or linen. An example of duties include but are not limited to Inspection - check for stains repairs and discards. Fold and feed health-care linen into processing machine(s). Place folded linen into appropriate sealed packaging. Place gowns in counts of 50 and then place them into bio bags. Tag bio bags with color-coded tags with initials or assigned number. Responsibilities Include Basic reading writing and math skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required. Background screening and drug checks will be conducted. WORKING CONDITIONS PHYSICAL DEMANDS Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds. Machinery and tool operation require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses hearing protectors work boots and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
