Our homes have 1600 square feet of living space which is spread across three floors. Each home has their own private entrance an oversized two car garage a gas fireplace and a spacious private patio for grilling and relaxing as we take care of the yard work The townhome rentals all come with 3 bedrooms with a choice of 1 to 2 bathrooms starting at 1355 to 1475. Each applicant must meet our rental criteria which consists of a credit & criminal safety check. I am sorry for we no longer accept pets. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak we will be conducting social distancing and providing masks for your convenience.
