What Does It Take to Be a Painter - Container Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job. One-year painting experience required Operation of an airless sprayer (preferred) Forklift Operation (preferred) Job Fundamentals To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Paints with a pre-mix 55-gallon paint in an airless sprayer Will be painting 2 4 6 8 20 30- and 42-yard container. Uses brushes sprayers or rollers to apply paint or other coatings. Removes stickers using scrapers. Track sizes and quantity of containers completed daily Moving containers staging area to paint booth with forklift Performs additional duties as requested.
