The PeopleReady Branch 3434 located at 1928 us hwy 8 St croix falls WI 54024 is currently hiring a Assembly SpecialistResponsibilities include Job DescriptionENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS NO EXPERIENCE REQUIREDWe currently have immediate openings for Assembly Line Workers. No experience required. Assemblers will produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.Job Responsibilities Door loading inserts into molds Removing parts from molds Trimming parts visual inspection of parts according to quality criteria Packing parts into boxes Grinding of spurs and secondary operations if required Operates assigned machine with supervision Relives other press operators at break time if not operating a machine Informs material handlers when a hopper is low Operates equipment related to secondary operations at the press Grinds spurs when assigned to a press Route lifting of 18-25 pounds from floor to table and table to floor every 20 mins. May require lifting 10lbs above shoulder level May be required to perform repetitive bending from the waist to approximately 12 inches from the floor Required to stand or sit up to 8hrs per day with 10-15min breaks every 2 hours. Repetitive hand movement including squeezing and gripping up to 200 times per hour. Arm motions while packing parts or operation secondary operation equipment at a waist level to above shoulder level. Good vision required for visual inspection of parts for dirt specs color variations and swirls and close detailed work. Repetitive bending stooping or twisting Head and neck in static forward or turned position and frequent flexing and rotating.
