I have a nicely furnished bedroom for rent. All is inclusive for 600 monthly. My pre-requisites are you must be over 45 years old and a woman. Must be a non-smoker and have a 40 hr. a week job and a vehicle. This person muat also be very neat clean and tidy. The home is located near MJ in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Myself I am a white very neat and clean 60 year old gentleman who is very easy going and respectful. I enjoy working out a the gym....finally. Since the bars aren t open I just stay at home working in my yard. Also wanted to add lastly that the bathroom will be semi-shared. I can only use the shower in my bathroom because all else is gone due to postponed remodel. I expect the hoiuse to be cleaned every weekend and all dishes washed and put away. Well I probably scared everyone away by now.
