Inspects baked bread as it passes by on the conveyor. Upturn any loaves that have turned over or have fallen on the side. Reject any damaged or defective bread. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety legality and or quality. Must be flexible in other duties as assigned by supervisor.
