Job Description Repair wooden pallets in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures of the Repairing Department.The process includes Lifting a pallet from the stack Placing pallet on the repair table Replacing and or repairing the necessary boards stringers Placing the repaired pallet in the finished good pile. Job requirements Strength and stamina to repair 350-400 pallets daily (40-50 pallets per hour). Each pallet weighs an average of 40 lbs. While experience will be helpful training will be provided.
