Job Description We re currently staffing for Entry Level positions at a Concrete Manufacturing facility in Leesburg Don t have any experience in Concrete No problem Entry Level means this company doesn t require you to have any experience Responsibilities setting up headers footers pulling cable cutting or tying steel strands around rebar using various hand or power tools & lifting or moving up to 50 pounds consistently. You may also be required to stand crouch kneel bend climb stoop or use repetitive hand and arm motion for long periods of time. Overtime is offered and encouraged when available Previous experience is a plus but again not required for this position Work Environment This is an outdoor facility-not climate controlled. Must be comfortable with working outdoors in various weather conditions most of which include heat and humidity. You may also be exposed to fumes and or airborne particles. Along with loud noises associated with moving heavy equipment machinery. This position is a Contract to Hire after only 90 days of good performance. Subject to change based on performance and need.
